Hotmeal has a nice flavour

ManaPowder is as good as ever (on-off customer since Mark 5 here). The origin flavour is a staple. From the new stuff, I especially like choco nut.

I have tested various different brands from all over Europe and came to the conclusion that Mana Drink is the best by far! My favorites are Banana and Chocolate. Peach used to be the third on my list but unfortunately they stopped production on that flavor. The new Pistachio is also very good!

I first tried Mana years ago back in the Mark 4 days, when the fat came in separate little bottles. I genuinely loved the taste back then, but for various reasons I stopped ordering and moved on to other brands.

Now I’m approaching two years of eating 100% meal replacements (I rotate different companies for variety and balance), and I recently decided to return to Mana — this time Mark 8. I didn’t expect it, but the first servings gave me a very real feeling of nostalgia, as if I had stepped back into the early days when I first started building this lifestyle. That “coming back to the beginning” feeling was surprisingly meaningful for me.

Even though Mana is quite calorie-dense, it doesn’t keep me full for very long — at least in my case. I don’t see this as a “problem” so much as a personal satiety effect: different formulas and fat/carb profiles simply feel different for different people. And despite that, Mana remains one of my favorite powders. Taste-wise and overall feel-wise, it just works for me.

What I truly appreciate is that there are manufacturers who take this category seriously and keep developing it. For people like me, meal replacements are not a temporary hack — they can be a consistent, structured way of living that frees up time and mental energy, as long as the product is reliable and thoughtfully made. Mana is one of the products that helped shape my path in the first place, and I’m happy to have it back in my regular rotation from now on.

The fat profile is excellent. There’s always room to improve, of course, but I want to keep supporting the company as much as I realistically can.

Conocí mana hace años, cuando me pusieron implantes en la boca.
Ahora es otra necesidad por enfermedad, cáncer con metástasis, y cuando estas tan mal, que no tienes ganas de nada, pero sabes que la alimentación es necesaria para sobrellevar el tratamiento, hay está el batido para ayudarte, o las barritas para despues de la analítica y salir del ayuno.

Mana Powder Strawberry has a lovely taste. We usually mix it with banana and milk.

This is my favourite taste of the powder. I like the texture, the salty/sweet taste, I appreciate the selection of ingredients and most of all, my stomach is happy. I'm usually sensitive to various foods and I find hard to digest carb-rich meals and gluten. But Mana is just a perfect solution for my travels and when I can't get a healthy meal, or have no time to organise one. I blend it with a little water and eat it like a porrige, it keeps me full for hours.

Esto ha sido por salud, hace años ya tomé mana ,cuando me puse implantes en la boca. Ahora es por un cáncer, esto me ayuda a tener todo lo necesario, para que mi organismo esté bien nutrido.
Es rapido de hacer, no hace olor que me provoque náuseas, y fácil de tragar.

I find the flavor really nice, not too sweet, chocolatey with nice hazelnut flavor.

Wow, this a rich and nutty powerhouse of a shake. The balance of flavours is just right for my palate and makes for a very satisfying drink experience with a great nutritional profile.
