A bunless plant burger with salad and sweet potato fries.

For 2 burgers:
- 2 pcs ManaBurger™
- 1 avocado
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 large handful leafy greens (e.g. spinach or arugula)
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ finely chopped chilli pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup (cane sugar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
1First, make the salad dressing by whipping all its ingredients together in a bowl. Then cut the bell pepper into thin strips and cook them on a dry pan until they soften. Put them aside and let them cool. Slice the peeled avocado, then mix it together with the pepper, greens, and dressing.
2Pan-fry the ManaBurgers for 2 - 3 minutes on each side. You can use a bit of oil if you want, but we recommend cooking them without oil. The outside should be crunchy and golden, while the inside should be pink and juicy.
3Thoroughly wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. Heat a generous amount of oil in a small saucepan and fry the sweet potatoes until golden (around 4 minutes should be enough). Take the fries out of the saucepan and place them in a bowl lined with a kitchen towel. Let the excess oil soak out and salt the fries to taste. Serve the fries with the ManaBurgers and salad. Voilà!
