Grigory Vyatkin

Co-Founder

Grigory is in charge of Mana’s visual representation. Though educated in design, he is our strategy leader. He began his career doing web layout, logos, branding and communication, but later got into web function, e-commerce and marketing. Surprisingly, he loves to calculate conversion rates, average order amounts and other KPIs. He understands that the visual aspect of a business should follow its brand objectives, not vice versa. His favorite question is “Why?”

He got his formal education in graphic design from a fine arts school in St. Petersburg. Before joining Mana, he worked as an art director for the Bauer Media publishing house, and a creative retoucher for Havas Worldwide, a global advertising agency. As a freelancer, he has worked on many web, print, visual, and marketing projects for large and medium-sized businesses.

In his spare time, he likes to watch his daughter Olivie and son Gabriel grow up. He also likes sci-fi- and fantasy-style digital painting. He is a passionate computer gamer and film buff, and always has an artistic eye out for new experiences. When he is taking a break from painting or gaming, you might find him reading self-help books.

“For me, Mana is a one-shot, lifetime opportunity. I am honored to be a co-founder of such a great brand with a global mission. It is also a group of people who are constantly teaching me something new. Each phase of development has been amazing. I’ve learned a lot about who I am and what I can do in this world. In a way, it’s like discovering my purpose.”
