For those of you with a sweet tooth, here is one of our favorite autumn recipes - the ManaPowder Origin smoothie bowl with Hokkaido pumpkin and ginger.

ManaPowder Origin with Hokkaido Pumpkin and Ginger (for Autumn Days):
- 3 measuring scoops of ManaPowder Origin (around 129 g)
- 1 ½ Hokkaido pumpkin, seeded and cut into squares
- 1 small piece of ginger, peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 250 ml water
The procedure is simple: Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Depending on how powerful your blender is, this should take no longer than 5 minutes. We recommend letting the smoothie sit for a few minutes so that all the flavors come together. Then dig in!
