When we founded this company in 2014, one of our main goals was to produce a food that, in the short term, would save us time, fill us up, and keep us healthy.
But since agriculture today may cease to accommodate the growing world population within the next few decades, we also wanted something that, in the long term, would promote sustainability. Something that would be an investment in the wellbeing of our planet and future generations.
All our products are purely plant-based, and their composition is based on hard data from our own lab tests and the lab tests of other global institutions. By the same token, all our ingredients are carefully selected for their high nutritional content and balanced ecological footprint.
Continuous lab tests over the course of the last year have revealed that the shelf life of Mana Powder Mark 6 may be safely extended from 12 to 18 months thanks to high-quality packaging and the natural antioxidants in its ingredients.
Moreover, neither our drinks nor our powders require refrigeration, so you can store them almost anywhere.
Nearly every year, we take conscious steps to reduce packaging. In 2018, we cut our use of paper and plastic by 20% and 50%, respectively, by combining oil and powder into a single, robust substance using a patented mixer.
In 2020, we saved thousands of kilos of plastic per month by eliminating the plastic scoops that used to come with boxes of our powders. In their place, we now offer instructions for how to portion Mana using a simple soup spoon.
